More than just standard baccarat — kz8my brings you a range of variants, each with its own distinct flavour.
This is the most widely played variant of baccarat in casinos around the world, including kz8my. The rules are fixed and no decisions are required from the player — simply bet on who you think will win.
A popular commission-free variant. Banker pays a full 1:1 except in a "Dragon 7" situation (Banker wins with a 3-card total of 7), where the Banker bet is pushed instead.
A simplified variant hugely popular among Asian players at kz8my. Just one card is dealt to each side — pick Dragon or Tiger and see which one comes out higher.
Commission-free with a twist — if the Banker wins with a total of 6, the payout is 0.5:1 instead of the usual 1:1. This offers a different kind of value for players who understand the odds at kz8my.
Packed with more side bet options such as "Perfect Pair", "Either Pair", and "Big/Small". Perfect for players who want more action out of every round.

The dealer deals 2 cards to the Player and 2 cards to the Banker. A third card is drawn according to automatic drawing rules. The side closest to 9 wins, and winnings are credited instantly to your kz8my account.

Baccarat might seem like a game reserved for the wealthy — the kind played in exclusive high-roller rooms at grand casinos. In reality, it's one of the easiest casino games to understand and play. At kz8my, we believe every Malaysian player deserves a quality baccarat experience without having to travel to Genting Highlands or Macau. With a deposit as low as RM5, you can take a seat at a kz8my live table and play baccarat with a real dealer.
Baccarat traces its origins to Italy in the 15th century before spreading to France and eventually the rest of the world. The word "baccarat" itself means "zero" in Italian — a reference to the value of face cards in the game. In Asia, baccarat became hugely popular, particularly among Chinese and Southeast Asian players, as the game is closely associated with luck and good fortune. In Malaysia, it comes as no surprise that baccarat ranks among the most sought-after casino games on platforms like kz8my.
Baccarat is actually very straightforward to pick up. You don't need to be good with numbers or have any complicated strategy. The basics: two hands are dealt — one for the "Player" and one for the "Banker". All you have to do is predict which hand will come closest to 9. Card values in baccarat differ slightly from other card games: Aces are worth 1, numbered cards 2–9 are taken at face value, while 10s, Jacks, Queens, and Kings are all worth 0. If the total exceeds 9, only the last digit counts — so 15, for example, is treated as 5.
At kz8my, most Malaysian players tend to bet on the "Banker" because it statistically carries the lowest house edge at just 1.06%. Even with the 5% commission charged on Banker wins, it remains the mathematically stronger choice. The "Player" bet carries a 1.24% house edge — also highly competitive. Many kz8my players steer clear of the "Tie" bet because, despite the attractive 8:1 odds, a house edge of 14.36% makes it a poor choice over the long run.
Another reason baccarat is so popular at kz8my is the "road" scoreboard system, which displays the results of previous rounds. The Bead Road, Big Road, Big Eye Road, Small Road, and Cockroach Road are all available on the kz8my interface. Players can analyse past result patterns to help guide their betting decisions. Keep in mind that each round is mathematically independent, but many players enjoy following these patterns as a reference.
Kz8my keeps over 28 live baccarat tables running at any given time, so you'll never have to wait for a seat — there's always a table that fits your style and budget. The kz8my VIP tables are the go-to destination for seasoned players who prefer higher stakes in a more exclusive, comfortable setting. VIP table betting limits can go up to RM50,000 per hand.
If you're just getting started with baccarat, kz8my recommends beginning at the Mini Baccarat table, where limits start as low as RM1. This gives you time to get comfortable with the flow of the game, familiarise yourself with the interface, and build your confidence before moving up to higher-stakes tables. There's no rush — baccarat is a game best enjoyed when you fully understand what's happening at the table.
Beyond standard baccarat, kz8my also offers Dragon Tiger — a streamlined variant that's hugely popular among Malaysian players. In Dragon Tiger, one card is dealt to each side and the higher card wins. This makes it an incredibly fast and straightforward game, perfect for those who want the action without the complexity. Dragon Tiger's RTP at kz8my is competitive and on par with regular baccarat tables.
To get the most out of your experience at kz8my, we recommend a few things: set a budget before you play and stick to it, avoid chasing losses by drastically raising your bets, use a sound money management system such as flat betting or the 1-3-2-6 system, and most importantly — enjoy the game as entertainment. kz8my Baccarat is designed to be fun; any winnings are simply a bonus that makes the experience even sweeter.
