Kz8my Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Terms of Use

To register and use the kz8my platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration. kz8my does not accept registrations from underage individuals under any circumstances.
• Be a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident, or be physically located in Malaysia while using the platform.
• Not prohibited from participating in online gambling activities by any applicable law, regulation, or court order.
• Register using your own identity only, and not on behalf of any third party.
• Never been suspended, banned, or had an account terminated by kz8my previously due to a terms violation.

Each individual is only permitted to have one (1) active account at kz8my at any one time. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation. All duplicate accounts will be terminated without notice, and any balance in those accounts may be forfeited. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. kz8my reserves the right to request identity verification at any time and may suspend an account until verification is complete. If false information is provided, kz8my reserves the right to terminate the account and withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation.

Kz8my supports the following Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX (including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit:

• Minimum deposit: RM5 per transaction.
• Daily maximum deposits vary depending on your account tier and chosen payment method.
• Deposit funds are typically credited to your kz8my account within less than 2 minutes once the transaction has been verified.
• Deposits may only be made from an account or e-wallet registered in your own name. kz8my does not accept third-party deposits.
• If your deposit has not been credited after 10 minutes, please contact the kz8my support team with proof of your transaction.

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM20 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals are only permitted to an account registered in your own name. kz8my does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• All bonus rollover requirements must be fully met before a withdrawal can be processed if the account balance contains bonus funds that have not yet satisfied the rollover conditions.
• Kz8my reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals that exceed a certain threshold, as a security measure.
• Withdrawals rejected due to incorrect account details or daily limit restrictions will be notified accordingly and can be resubmitted once the issue has been resolved.

Kz8my offers a range of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page. The general conditions that apply to all kz8my bonuses are as follows:

• Every bonus comes with a rollover (turnover) requirements that must be met before bonus funds or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. Rollover requirements are stated on each promotional offer.
• Every bonus comes with a validity period (expiry). Unused bonus funds that remain beyond the stipulated period will be automatically forfeited.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by members who meet the eligibility criteria for that promotion – including minimum deposit amounts, qualifying game types, and the offer's validity period.
• Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited. This includes registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using risk-free betting strategies solely to fulfil rollover requirements, or any other method that kz8my deems to be in bad faith.
• Kz8my reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of any bonus-related dispute, kz8my's decision is final.

Members suspected of bonus abuse will be investigated and their accounts may be suspended during the process. Any winnings obtained through bonus abuse may be voided without notice.

The kz8my platform offers a wide range of games including football betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL), Live Casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack), poker (Texas Hold'em, Omaha), slots, Sports Betting (badminton, e-sports), and more. Specific rules for each game are outlined in their respective sections on the platform. The following general rules apply to all games:

• All games on kz8my use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that are independently audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.
• Completed game outcomes are final and cannot be altered, except where a technical error has been verified by the kz8my team.
• In the event of a technical disruption or disconnection during an active game, kz8my will attempt to restore the round. If restoration is not possible, any affected bets will be returned to your account.
• Collusion — whereby two or more players work together to gain an unfair advantage — is strictly prohibited across all kz8my games, particularly poker and table games. Players found to be colluding will have their accounts terminated immediately.
• The use of automated software (bots), artificial intelligence programs, or any tools that automate gameplay decisions is strictly prohibited.
• For Sports Betting and football: match postponements, cancellations, or changes to sporting events will be handled in accordance with the specific betting rules set out in the kz8my Sports Betting section.

You are solely responsible for keeping your kz8my account login credentials secure. This includes:

• Keep your username and password confidential. Do not share this information with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong, unique password for your kz8my account — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols is recommended.
• Log out of your kz8my account when using a shared or public device.
• Report to kz8my immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Kz8my will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account secure. However, if you report unauthorised access to us, kz8my will investigate and take appropriate action to protect your balance.

Kz8my will never ask for your account password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you receive such a request, it is a phishing attempt — please report it to us at support@kz8my.click immediately.

Kz8my reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice if you breach any of the terms set out in this document. Violations that may result in account termination include but are not limited to:

• Registration by an underage individual (under 18 years of age).
• Multiple account ownership.
• Providing false or misleading personal information.
• Bonus abuse.
• Colluding with other players in any game.
• The use of bots, automated software, or tools that exploit the kz8my system.
• Any activity suspected to involve money laundering or financial fraud.
• Abusive or offensive language directed at the kz8my support team.

You may also choose to close your kz8my account yourself by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Any remaining balance after closure will be returned following a basic security review, provided there are no outstanding term violations.

Kz8my also offers the option of self-exclusion for members who need a break from gaming for responsible gaming reasons. Self-exclusion can be set for a period of 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, or permanently. While a self-exclusion period is active, you will be unable to log in, make deposits, or access any kz8my games.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, kz8my shall not be liable for:

• Any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the kz8my platform, including financial losses from gaming activity.
• Service disruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures beyond kz8my's control, or third-party interference (including internet service providers).
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Disputed game outcomes where kz8my's system records confirm that the result is valid and accurate.
• Any delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by the bank or e-wallet provider are beyond kz8my's control and responsibility.

Kz8my makes no guarantee that the platform will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses. kz8my will make reasonable efforts to keep the platform running smoothly, but unforeseen technical issues may occur.

Kz8my reserves the right to modify, update, or add to any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, for material changes (i.e., changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations), kz8my will make reasonable efforts to notify you via:

• Notices displayed on the kz8my platform homepage.
• Email sent to the address registered with your kz8my account.
• An in-platform notification will appear the next time you log in.

It is your responsibility to review this Terms & Conditions page periodically to stay informed of the latest version. The "Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect when the most recent changes were made. Continued use of the kz8my platform following any changes constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms.
